Refund policy
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise purchased only on this site and within 15 days of the date received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags intact including hang tags.
There are many reasons garments will be denied exchange or refund.
For example but not limited to; a garment can not be stretched out or stained. If you are an XL don't try the size large garment on. Garments that have deodorant stains or animal hair on them will not be exchanged or refunded.
If your return is acceptable, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. That we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
Exchanges
New garments will be shipped out once the return reaches the warehouse.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
